Chips: 64 | | | Michael Graves Poker Chips at Target Has anyone tried these chips? I have a chance to pick up several hundred at less than $0.05 a piece and they seem pretty good on first look. Good stacking, non-slippery, no metal insert. I realize they are not Paulsons, but thought they might be good enough for a side-set. |

Chips: 5,839 | | The do get good marks for a cheap chip but the colors are limited unlike the faux clay dice chips.
Try searching the forum here or check out www.pokerchipreviews.com for some information.
Are you just getting the chips or the chips and the carousel they are normally sold with? |

Chips: 572 | | | The Target chips I played with were nearly identical to Unicorns, but these look a little different...
5 cents is about what they're worth. |

Chips: 12,507 | | There are more answers to your question than there are trees in a forest. If you have handled them and like them, then the short answer is yes, if not then no.
The best advice you will ever receive on this site, and you will see it being freely offered all over the place, is to get samples of as many different chips as possible, compare them all to each other yourself (if you rely on others opinions you will get their biases), and buy the ones you think are best for your purposes considering their overall feel, look, price, value, durability, availability and/or any other characteristics which you find important.
In the end, they are just chips (I know, what sacrilege on my part for saying so) and you will like what you like regardless of what anyone else says or thinks about them.
There have been previous discussions on this site regarding these particular chips, you may find this link useful to you in your deliberations: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/viewto...ghlight=target

Chips: 939 | | | I have a set of these at work, and they are fine for the price. Probably similar to faux clay. I prefer these to dice chips. They stack better, look better and shuffle better. Biggest problem is that they are a little light. |

Chips: 1,728 | | For the $10 or $15 price that they're selling for in-store or $20 online, it's a decent value. If you like the chips, then by all means it's a worthwhile purchase. The chips themselves are a bit thinner than the normal chip that you'll find but they feel okay for what they are. If you find it at the $10 price, the carousel itself is worth the price, however the slots will only hold 25 normal chips in the 3.3 mm thickness range rather than the 30 of the chips that come in the set. Nevertheless, they're better than slug chips. The cards that come with the set, should be discarded or given away to anyone who wants them. And if nothing else, at that price, they're cheap Christmas presents |
