I ordered a few of each color of faux clay chips from 5-Star and noticed that the colors are much more subdued/drab than the many of colors I've seen in pictures on this and other sites (e.g., pokerCHIPreviews.com). The chips are great as far as that goes, but I do like the brighter colors.
Does anyone one know an on-line site that sells the chips in the brighter colors? Are the chips the same feel, weight, etc., as 5-Star sells?
I think these chips are unique to Trademark/5Star and their other retailers. The subdued colors are probably a design decision, or possibly a consequence of the material used. If the colors are really too dull for you, then check out the Super Diamonds. Similar chip but brighter colors.

I find the super diamonds to be more of a slippery plastic than the faux clays (seems to be some disagreement about that, my opinion is based on the samples I have), but they are definitely much brighter. And more colour choices available. I actually like the subdued colours of the faux clay, personally.
