New chips with a story and one of my unicorns...

djmarc posted this link...

and something about the colours just grabbed my attention, couldn't get the yellow out of my head and the brown was quite striking. As I was looking at them I noticed that the inlays were matte as opposed to shiny and figured they might be labels (kingzilla noticed as well)

and couldn't stop thinking about what was under it...so I lowballed the seller. It was to soon and he would not budge...listed it a couple more times and I sent in a lowball even lower then the first figuring no way he would take it and when he accepted I was like "**** I just accidently bought another set". Picked them up today (FREE SHIPPING!!) and sure enough they are labeled...

which is a little better but not great...wish they were ND on both sides...the UB doesn't look bad. I was surprised to see the Casino de isthmus...

Totals are...

54-Green 25
79-Purple 500
206-Yellow 1000
159-Brown 5000
25-White

Not sure if I can make a playable set as is...but I will try! Worse case they will get labeled again! There is a nice cash set hiding in there...

On to the unicorn...

these were acquired with my usual tactic for TRK's...find somebody with them...harass them endlessly...when that fails offer loads of money! My Kings Crown should be almost complete now...will have full pics this weekend!

Great pickup! Love that chocolate 5K chip!

Use the 25 as 25K and make it a 500-1K-5K-25K tourney set.
