My Paulson PCR set
I picked up a set of 300 PCR's on ebay for a great deal, but like all "great deals" it just led me further down the golden path of chip addiction. So to make the set playable for small stakes cash and the occasional sit-n-go I added 320 more chips from APACHE.
I'm very price conscious and didn't want to spend $1+ per chip, so using a deal on ebay and sales from the sponsors here I was able to put this set together for around $0.77 per chip, shipped to my door. I am very happy!
The yellow NCV chips will act as $.25 in our .25/.50 cash game, as $.05 if we ever play lower, and as T100 for a small T300 sit-n-go tourney. The Purple's will be T500 for the sit-n-go.
I'm retiring my TIKI Kings cash set for now and have moved all 620 of these beauties into my leather traveling case. The case value for a cash game is $950 without the greens or purples, which add $3500 if they come into play - although we've never played with more than five 25's in my home game (so far).
PCR Yellow NCV x 200
PCR Blue 1's x 200
PCR Red 5's x 140
PCR Gren 25's x 60
PCR Purple NCV x 20
TOTAL COUNT 620
.25/.50 Cash starting stacks are yellow x 20, blue x 20, red x 5
T300 Tourney stacks are blue x 20, red x 11, green x 5, yellow x 1
with the blinds starting at 1/2 (I like deep)
Not a lot of chips on the table for the tourney, but a fairly flexible set for a serious cash game or a small tourney and it all fits in one case!
Now I'm screwed, blued, and tatoo'd!
