dolomite | Thanks D.
These are all Argosy. No River City Chips. This is only a cash set so no 1K chips. I don't even know if those were made available.

Anyway, I don't think a 1k ever existed for either of those sets. $500 chips in a cash set?!?!?! Sheesh!!!!
congrats,

congrats,
dolomite | It's funny, I have about 20 or so drilled, and notched chips too. I have even more $500 drilled and notched. Those are a big hit at the card room.
Links, Those $100 are super sweet. These pics are garbage.
I traded the 100s away for 4:1 on the 5s. I didn't need as many 100s but I could still use a couple hundred more 5s.
BTW - The 500s are only in set because I managed to find some. I don't expect they'd ever be used in play.

You should see what they want for them if you're ever back there.

L | I wanted to have a lot of range from .50/1.00 to 2/5 NL. Ideally this set would also work for stud and ante games. I would have liked to score some quarters but the .50s were all they would give me. And it wasn't easy getting those either. I had to buy (Trade) a rack back from JM to fill out the set.
160 - .50
~300 - 1.00 Live and canceled mix
805 - 5.00
140 - 25.00
20 - 100.00
12 - $500.00 Mixed primary and secondary. These are wishful thinking really. I mainly added them for my collector interest.
In most of the home games I play in there are only a rack or two of $25 in play at any given time. I've supplemented the blacks because I'm short on green. The 500s are insurance against running out of chips all together.
This set hasn't been used yet. I'm still looking to add 300 more $5. Unfortunately the only person I know that has any to sell is reluctant to do so. His price for them is a bit high, but they are in UNC condition.
Last night I cleaned the live $1 chips with OXYCLEAN. I'm very impressed with the stuff. They came out fantastic. I'll have to get some better pics everyone.
