I am going to Vegas in April and i'm very interested in getting some real chips to build a CG set.
How can i do to get some chips in mint conditions, can i ask to the guy at the cashier? is there a special day for that?
What is the lowest denom for real chips at Vegas? what casino got 25c and 50c chips?

I'm afraid it is impossible to find lower denominations than $1 in Vegas casinos these days. To answer your first question, here are two threads that should help:
I use these for my cash games. They are 13g Pro Clays with some BestPokerChip labels. My friends and I like to have as many chips on the table, so we use 25 cents, 50 cents, $1, $5 and $10 for 25c/50c sb/bb no-limit (I know the 50 cents isn't needed, but we're very lazy). I like not having the cents or dollar symbol so I can switch the 25 cents to 25 dollars and I also have a 100 black chip to swap out the 10 black chip.
Everybody gets 10 x 25, 15 x 50, 20 x 1, 2 x 5, 1 x 10 for a $50 buy-in.
I don't trust my friends yet with the Pharaoh Paulsons!
