T-mold sample set

I received a sample set from mrticsay (member on this forum) of the T-mold.

This chip is sold by holdempokerchips.com. I just wanted to give my .02 on these chips.

They are a "clay" chip. Very nice weight. I like the texture. They have very sharp edges (which I like). A basic chip but at .55 a chip, a very good deal.

They are very nice chips, and you can get them hot stamped.

Without a doubt, those have the nicest home mold on the market today.

Re: T-mold sample set

I did not like these chips at all. The fell. The weight. For me, TR King chips still the best. I have a set of 300 hot-stamped with edge spots that I purchased over a decade ago. Great, great chip.

Re: T-mold sample set

TC,

I received a handful of these as a bonus in a purchase I made from a CTer. I really like the feel, weight, and color of these chips.

Are you planning on building a set from these? Will you be labeling them?

Let us know what you decided. There's not a lot of info out there on these yet.

A few pix of my chips are here: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/poker-...chips-get.html

TR King went out of business within the last year. Members occasionally sell TR Kings in the MTM sales forum, but they don't last after being listed, so you'd have to move quick.

Re: T-mold sample set

I would love to put a set together. I just recently purchased some custom ceramics from epokerdeals.com. I'll put up pics later. Those chips are very nice. Very pleased with them.

I would have to figure out a way to get the wife to okay the purchase of more chips. I really like these chips. Reality....I don't need more chips..........I want more chips.

I have to punch my friend who told me to come to this site. It's totally an addiction.

By the way, has anyone labeled the t-mold chip. It doesn't look like the center is recessed to accept a label.

Well, the weight of the chips are approx. 9.6 grams. Not sure what weight you like but this is pretty good.

I doubt they can be labeled unless they're are professionaly done by a chip manufacturer.
