Isn't this actually 1 pair?

Taken from the CC>CC page of Fakes, Fantasy and Counterfeits, these chips are listed as "unknown" meaning their purpose of manufacture is not currently known. Also of interest is that the Paul-Son RH&C chips are not even listed there.
Note that those in the CCGTCC picture are different from the Bud Jones I have. Makes me think they changed manufacturers at some point for their chips. The face of my Bud Jones chips only reads Noble instead of the full Noble Games as well as some other noticable differences.
