These are the chips I have now......

And I say now, because I just ordered a set of the WSOP from Mr. Chip! I can't wait. I got 550 textured/aligned. Waiting patiently!

Anyway, here are the chips that I am using now. Nothing fancy just the High Roller and 4 Aces chips. I bought a 1000 chip set of the HIgh Roller about a yr. ago which had $1, $5, $25, $50 and $100. But then my wife and my family members for my birthday got me the 4 Aces chips. They dont' match up, but they are really close. Anyway, here are the pics. No big deal.

I dont' know how long it takes to get the WSOP chips, but when I do I will post pics up. Thanks for looking.

That's quite the set you have there. True they don't match exactly, but they look pretty sweet together. I like 'em.

I know where you're coming from (because we all started where you are), but once you get your WSOP chips you'll wonder why you ever got the ones you have now.

Then you'll be on the lookout for your next set.

Nice little set that you have going. Good starter till you get completely sucked in. Nice of your family to get you started (if they only knew)

I'm looking at the off-ramp at the moment. I still like the chips (started with some cheap stuff my parents got me, then moved to skulls doing PSO, Got a small set in the PNY GB, waiting on 300 tiki set (I'll never see this)), but I'm not really enjoying my home games much anymore. Finding it ever more difficult to have $x tied up in chips that I hardly use. Then when I do, I really don't enjoy it much.

Re: Here is my chips I use now...

Nice stacks.

Even though you are getting a new set, your current set can always be used if you run a large tournament. I think many of us still have our first set of chips stashed around the house (mine are in my closet).

Re: Here is my chips I use now...

yeah, once a month about, I run a tourney for about 20 people. That is why i have all of these. It is a good time. We buy in for $25 and break down the prize pool accordingly.

I am afraid that I am hooked on the chip buying bug though. That is all that I look at on the internet now. I have even stopped looking at PRON???!!!

Anyway, I am hooked. So after I get my WSOP chips, I will be on the lookout for the next nice set. And I will be keeping this set for tourneys and just to remember where my addiction started!!

Oh yeah, and I also blame this site and everyone affiliated with it!! YOU ARE ALL ENABLERS!!!

Re: These are the chips I have now......

Ahhhh...I remember those days. I started out with a set of dice striped chips and thought they were the coolest thing. Then I bought a set of Crystal Oyster Chipcos and thought it couldn't get any better than this. Then I found www.chiptalk.net and was introduced to Paulson and my life has been a living hell ever since. I bought a 500 chip set of PNYs and now I want more! Damn you chiptalk! Damn you!
