I agree, I think the overall color scheme looks good. But it is the white Grand Casino that makes that set!!!!

They were happy with the faux clays.

It usually gets questions from the players and maybe they learn about other places out there or where I have traveled. I usually have a funny story from my trips. Its a nice ice breaker as I play in alot of ring games with new players coming in and out weekly.

But to me color is fun !!!

Jeff
I got the starbursts only for this group because they play .10/.20 and where am I gonna get .10 paulsons except for starburst.
And besides I got a really good deal on 3 racks uncirculated.
They are also Katrena chips

I didn't know you lived in Columbus Oldcycles. I do too (downtown). If you ever need new players for your games, me and possibly a couple of my buddies would be interested. We don't play big stakes. Mostly $10-$20 buy-ins sometimes with rebuys for tournaments.
We're always looking for new people for our games as well if you and your friends are interested.
Congrats again on your cash set!
PM me your phone and name and we will hook up.
I can bring the chips.

Actually no.
He pushed all in and it was only $12.00 more to call in about a $40 pot.
I agonized over the call cause I knew he had the flush.
I had a possable 10 outs to pair the board but sure it was less being omaha.
But I really love busting Pete who I was in the hand with and was already up twice my buy in so I felt like gambling.
Got lucky and hit 4 of a kind.
I even turned my hand over before I decided so he knew what I was debating.

Re: First action

looks good to me. main thing is that they are all very distiguishable (is that a word) from each other. no confusion.

I don't know what to say about that...

BTW I do think a different $5 chip would be cool. I dig the $1 but it outclasses the $5 too much but just my opinion.

This is the $5 chip I wanted.
I think it would have fit in good with my set and it is paulson like all the rest where as the one I have now is H mold by Burt.
