Chips: 4,306 | | | Winner Club Paulson Chip Pics Just wanted to post some pics of my newest chips from Roland. They are great, will get pics of the collectable chips in a little but here's the playable set I picked up, can handle up to 10 people easily, could probably strectch it out but I like playing with alot of chips, like most of us here do.
So now the pics
I'll probably be set for these but will be on the lookout for like 10 of the 50k chips, not sure which ones I would want but I think the black ones would work nicely with this set of colors. Anyway, thanks again to Roland for the deal on these and I now have my solid color inlayed tourney set I wanted from the Black Sands buy that never really got going. Plus these are all oversized, the 1000's are 43mm and the 5k and 10k chips are 45mm, and if I get any 50k chips those will be 49mm I think, not positive.
Also, the colors on these are great, the pics don't do the pink chip justice, the greens are also a little brighter, and the laverdars look too brown in the pics next to the pinks, they are really a nice dark laverdar color.

Congrats on joining the Winner Club Nation.
You are correct on the dimensions.
Here are some pics of the various alternative chips available in the set. There are two missing from these scans - a dark blue/purple $5k chip with inserts that I have on order and what I believe to be a black $50k chip with inserts that I've never seen.
Happy chipping,

Chips: 4,306 | | | Re: Winner Club Paulson Chip Pics Yup Roland included a sample of most of the winner club chips in the 5k and 10k line. I don't have any 50k chips yet and only the lavendar 1k's. Not sure if I will try and collect one of each but I pobably will as I have alot of them so a good start. I havn't seen any of these on eBay the last week, hopefully I find some 50k's that arn't too expensive. They really are nice and shuffling 45mm chips is fun.

Chips: 4,306 | | | Re: Winner Club Paulson Chip Pics Jamby, also wanted to know, how do you store your winner club chips, the 45mm in particular. I got them in cardboard boxes 80 per box. I know you can get 43mm racks but what to do with 45mm chips?
Just wondering if you have found anything yet. Will they fit at all in a 43mm rack?
Thats my only problem with these chips so far is figuring out how to store them.

Chips: 1,080 | | | Re: Winner Club Paulson Chip Pics In a few different places. I've got 6 50mm racks that hold 80 chips each as well as a 43mm chip case. The 1k chips fit pretty well in a standard case.

edit - I should add that the racks only hold 4 rows of 19 of the 49mm chips.

I'm curious how your chips counts and blinds work with so many high denoms and so few low denoms? |

Chips: 4,306 | | | Re: Winner Club Paulson Chip Pics This is the plan, no real set game going right now but the deal was to good to pass up especially because I was looking for a solid color tourney set and this one is great.
So for up to 10 people
Starting Stacks
10 x 1,000 = 10,000
10 x 5,000 = 50,000
14 x 10,000 = 140,000
Total chips = 200,000
Blind start at 1,000/2,000 and go from there, havn't worked out the schedule yet but it won't be a hard one, pretty straight forward. If I wanted a deepstack tourney I have 10 more 10k chip I could give out to each player for 300,000 starting stacks, and I would still be able to colorup the 5k's.
For fewer people I could bump up the stacks, I'm also trying to get some 50k's, just like 10 for now so I could colorup the 5k's with those and bump up the stacks some more. So it can handle anything from a fairly normal tourney to deepstack for 10 people. You are a little light on the low denom chips but not really that bad as the 1k's arn't used very long before they are coloredup.
But I really got this set as a small tourney deepstack set. So for like 5 people with starting stack of about 600,000 with the blinds still starting at 1,000/2,000 but increasing a little faster, but still a slow tourney. My big tourney set is my TR King set that should when I order my hotstamps be able to handle a wide variety of games.
So for 5 people
20 x 1,000 = 20,000
20 x 5,000 = 100,000
48 x 10,000 = 480,000
Total chips = 600,000
This is a nice starting stack 88 chips and all oversized, thats nice to have infront of you and thats just to start with, so this is really a big stack set for like 4-6 people small tourneys.

Thats my only problem with these chips so far is figuring out how to store them. | I keep mine in a standard case but I face them sideways instead of the regular way. each row hols 44-48 chips instead of the normal 50-52, but they fit snuggly. There are 10 rows but I only have 6 filled. (80 $5000 greys, 200 $10,000 navy blues) about 180 more would make a full case. Now that I think about it, maybe a 300 chip case would house them perfectly, duh.

Chips: 1,986 | | | Re: Winner Club Paulson Chip Pics I remember those greys and blues They are very well travelled...Florida...all the way into Canada and on to MA
As for the chips, I just store 80 in a normal cardboard chip box that has 5X20 rows. Quote:
