I bought the Elite 550 case, and it's maybe the best aluminum case I've seen (short of a Haliburton).
I have some "Executive" aluminum cases (a 500 chipper and a 650 chipper). Those are pretty good cases --- close to the Elite.

That's pretty much a piece of crap --- not recommended.
I'm just not aware of any 750 chip capacity aluminum cases. For that, you might be best with either:
a) Two cases, maybe a 500 and 300, or a couple of Elite 400's. That might work out if your set naturally splits between a tournament and a cash game set, for example.
b) A Pelican case.
