Actually, I do have an update. After waiting 2 weeks after "said" delivery date, and getting no responses to our emails, we filed a complaint through Paypal. Within a few hours, we received proof that the item was shipped and actually received a tracking number!! Now, it's USPS, so the tracking number is pretty much useless (says the item left L.A. on the 15th), but at least we know it was sent. Now its just a matter of figuring out if it's lost or not.
Also, it may now be in Canada Post's hands, so God knows where it might be.
...and yah, that's brutal about the "directly2" guy. One transaction, and no longer a member.
That's good news!!! I am looking for the 600 clear acrylic bird cage from a reliable vendor. With directly2 gone, I don't know if anyone else has that size. If anyone knows where, let me know.
Believe it or not, I have finally received my metal birdcage!
I now regret getting stressed out over it, but combine a seller who removes his account from eBay, and the 3 weeks it took to ship.. maybe my concern was justifiable.
Anyways, a review is forthcoming, but for now I will say that I am very happy with it. It will hold my Pharaoh's perfectly!
