Have you tried out the trays with actual Paulson chips to see how they fit? | Excellent question, and unfortunately the answer is no. The Pharaohs will be my first Paulsons. I have cheap diamonds. The whites, reds and blues fit perfectly. The greens and blacks can only fit 19.
There was a thread back when I was starting this project about varying chip heights on the latest Paulson chips. I asked if anyone could measure their tallest stack of 20 for me, but I guess I wasn't persistent enough. Nobody replied. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the thicker ones will be 3.3mm, which will fit perfectly. Otherwise, I figure over time they wear thin and hopefully they will eventually fit. |

Chips: 13,014 | | | Please let me know for sure after you receive your order. I will try to measure my Paulson stacks latter this evening (I am helping my wife prepare for a cookout we are having this afternoon) and let you know. I have 25-1000 denominations and there seems to be a very slight height difference for a twenty chip stack, but it shouldn't be anything that would make one rack work while another would not (provided all of the racks are the same width).

Chips: 303 | | | Packemup- I took my new double set of Trademarks and 6 JB05's (which are a tad thinner because of use), and grabbed my caliper.
20 chips= 2.5885in. (65.74mm)
Hope this helps-

By comparison, the 9g superdiamonds measure 3.28mm to 3.38mm.
These Paulsons have been shuffled more than the diamonds, but you should be OK.

Chips: 28 | | | Thanks guys! That's great to hear! I knew I was taking a chance going that narrow, but I really want them tight and not shaking around in the case. It sounds like they will work as I hoped! |

Marc's trinket boxes on his website also gave me some ideas that may be included in my build. Still thinking...
