That rack looks great now, I like the two tone look of it. Was that your doing or how it was made?

The bombay set was on sale for father's day and then went back up to its regular price after that

That's just how it was made. If you look at the 'before' pics you can sort of see the two different woods, but the difference was partially obscured by the crappy laquer that was on it. All I did was to sand it down and give it a coat of mineral oil. The difference in the two pieces of wood became much more prominent then.

I've gotten the chips oiled that are in it and I think it looks pretty good.

Some people might look at the circle/square chips and think they look kinda plain, but I'm just blown away by how classy they look with a coat of oil. The colors just radiate from these chips. I'm 110% thrilled with my pokerchips.com purchase. Am I'm usually a very difficult consumer to satisfy!

Yup, oiling those babies makes an enormous difference and the colors really pop. Another benefit is the metal flecks you see on the edges sparkle like gold after oiling which makes them look even nicer.
