I just get my racks at the Casinos. Most of the casinos I go to use paulson racks, and my JB's fit perfectly. Dont think the casinos have a problem with this.

i usually just take them. I even ask the people at the cashier and they dont seem to care. 1 trip tray per visit can add up.

Yeah, that usually works unless you happen to get a jerk working at that point.

Paulson racks are definitely the best things for Paulson and Chipco chips. They are very high quality and fit snug. But with some other chips, 20 will not quite fit. I've had this problem with some Blue Chips (like greens), some RT Plastics, and other cheap chips like 13.5 grammers. I don't have 20 Nexgens, but they seem a little thicker, too.

I understand that Chipco racks are just as good as Paulsons, but I've never had any to compare in the flesh.

I've seen real Paulson racks on eBay now and then. I think Ace Poker Chips has Paulson racks (to go with his zillions of Vineyards), but I can't find them on his website.

Chip trays that I have purchased are too small for 20 chips. Cheap-o's off of ebay. They still stack nicely, but they look a little sloppy!

You might want to try www.pokergamingproducts.com .

I bought some chip racks there and they were 2 narrow for some of my chips. The 5star racks worked better for these chips.

You can get Chipco racks from mspatton: http://www.holdempokerchips.com/products.asp?cat=13

They're a bit snug, so it's tough getting 20 chips in all five slots at first, but they work well with chipcos and my ASM's. I like them much better than the ones I had from 5stardeal.

I had the same problem with my set of 3000 "Jackpot Casino" coin inlay home chip set. 21 per row instead of 20.

I found that the best cheap solution was to use the trays that come with clear plastic covers like these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=6155740510

They are 5 for $14 from this seller, and he will give you a discount if you want to buy a bunch of them. (I bought 30 of them for about $2.50 each I think, and if you want to buy like 48 of them he can get you down to about $2.00 per tray. Just mail him directly.)

For some reason these racks are just the right size and the "standard" ones are too big for my chips.

The only problem is that you end up with a bunch of tray tops that you may or may not need. I gave mine to my buddy that runs a mechanics garage, and he uses them as parts trays.

Very disappointed that they are over sized. I have the 2005 Paulson JBs and it takes 21 of them to fill a row in the tray. Does anyone know if the Paulsons are just thin or are these trays too big?
I believe I have the same trays, except I got them with the covers:
http://www.5stardeal.com/deals/10Exp...ode=10-5030SET

I also have brand-new PJBs, and I cannot get 21 chips in a column without really shoving that last one in, hard. This is acceptable for me, at least for now, until my chips start to wear down and then 21 chips will probably start to slide in there easily.

Also, notice that it says "MADE IN USA" in the close-up description (when you click the picture of the rack).
