how would you store this?

Ok, right now I have a 1000 birdcage with 650 china pharaohs, and 350 grand vics in it. Im ordering in a month or so some customs (anywhere between 350-500 chips). Obviously I have run out of room.

I like the little birdcage case that holds 600 but I will only have 500 at most but more likely in the 400 range. Is there any nice 400 count chip cases that showcase the chips well like the birdcage look?

I dont really want to mix the customs Ill be getting with the pharaohs or grand vics in the 1000 cage because it just wouldnt do the customs justice. I think they should have their own case ?

any suggestions? home made case with glass top?

Have you considered the 400 chip birdcages?

Re: how would you store this?

I don't mix sets just to fill a birdcage. It doesn't bother me at all to have 400 or 600 or 700 chips in a 1000-pc birdcage.

The 400- and 600-pc birdcages are cute but lack room for set expansion.

I just so happen to have an extra 400 birdcage from westimporter ( I think he carries the best cages). Its a 3 screw and the black molding is really nice. Let me know if you wanna trade or something

Acrylic birdcages are available in 400, 600, 800, and 1200-ct sizes. It's all a matter of how tall you cut the center supporting arm and the outer shell.

Re: how would you store this?

I just emptied out a closest and added shelving. Then put racks and racks of chips on them. My birdcages stay empty until i need to take chips places.

Re: how would you store this?

i was thinking about the 400 count BC but when I think about it, it would look really funny only being 2 racks high.

anything under 600 would seem overkill for a birdcage look you know? and Im not even sure how many custom chips I am going to buy. I think somewhere in the range of 350 to 500. Ill have to wait on the case until I know for sure. I would love to showcase them when not being used and a BC is perfect for that. I dont know of anything else that shows chips off well.
