Need storage for 600 chips... but I'm picky!

I'm looking for a case, preferably wood, that holds 600 chips. But that's too easy. I specifically want it to hold 40 chips per row in 15 rows. Or maybe 20 chips per in 30 rows/slots, if it's a carousel or something (but most carousels I've seen have 25 chips per slot).

Geometry isn't important: Could have two levels, or be a carousel, or chest, or briefcase... doesn't matter. And I might even settle for a cheap-looking vinyl or aluminum case, as long as it holds 600 chips at 40 per row (not 12 rows of 50).

I know I could always go with an acrylic carrier and racks, but I'd really like to get something different.

Thanks in advance.

Can the folks at ASM hook you up with a custom case? Or maybe someone at Scott Keen's place can help you out. From what I've seen they're quite the talented lot over there.

Custom is definitely an option. Heck, I could use the drill-press at work to make a carousel if I wanted... but I'd rather see if there's something already out there that would suit my needs. I'm more interested in throwing money at the problem than investing time - which is currently more valuable to me.

So far, the only thing I've found is an upright rack for a craps table (from Kardwell):
Craps Supplies: Dice Boats, Dice Sticks, Upright Chip Racks, Table Brushes and Other Craps Supplies
Not quite what I'm looking for... but it has potential...

Ah yes... now we're getting somewhere. Thanks, beyondtilt!
Hand Made Poker Chip Boxes

Unfortunately, that might be throwing a little too much money at the problem.

Well, give me a couple months, and I might have that kind of scratch to spend on a nice case or two!
