Other than the fatcat, does anyone know where I can get one for a reasonable (<$60 shipped) price?

Have you considered a 1000ct birdcage from Palm Imports? I bought one a few months ago for less than $45 - including shipping and 10 trays.

Holds 800 Faux Clay or Sopranos. However, capacity depends on thickness of the chips. Only holds 770 Dunes Commemoratives.
