Re: anyone tried this 2000pc case?

would be a heck of a thing to ever have to lift....

rolling 2000 chips along on a flat surface i guess would be ok, but i bet you could break the handle going up a curb to a house or put your back out lifting it up and into your car.

10gram chips x 2000 = 20kg or 44 lbs

12gram chips x 2000 = 24kg or 52.8 lbs
+ the wieght of the case

I'd opt for two 1000 chip cases over the one 2000 model unless i could say for sure it won't break or would be for short trips only.

I looked at the pictures too, how do you keep the chips in their appropriate spots? looks like they just sit lose in each tray?????

Re: anyone tried this 2000pc case?

I have one and I would say that it borders on junk. I love that it holds so may chips but the drawers don't glide in and out very well and you can forget about using the handle to carry it at all. The second time I picked it up the handle ripped right out of the case. It is just too heavy when full. The wheels are nice to roll it around but you can't pick it up by that handle either obviously.

thx.

not really bother by wheeling it around or a handle because it would be left stationary.

the "drawers dont glide in and out very well" makes it a no-go for me.

thx for the help you all.
