Well here is a little tutorial on modifying a 600 Mahogany Chip Case to have Double Pull-out Racks , hold 762 PNY's + Room for Cards/ Plaques / Dealer Buttons.

1) A 600 pc Mahogany Case- Very nice, I highly recommend getting one.

2) A 500 pc Mahogany Case - Just for the 330 capacity pull-out rack. The rack fits the lower level of the 600 pc case perfectly.

3) Note the 600 pc cases pull-out rack holds 432 PNYs.
If you would like to expand the case even further with No room for storage you could put in 2x 432 racks and make the Total Capacity 864! But, I plan to add a few 1k Plaques so wanted the extra storage.


4) Gut the lower level of the 600 pc case. The glue they used to construct these is not very strong, I used a screw driver to pry the wood pieces out.

5) Lay down some sort of Felt, speed cloth to cover up the torn up, glue covered box floor.

Did you already have the 500 piece case or can you purchase the rack from that case seperately?? I'll be receiving the 600 piece case in the mail today.

I actually bought the 500 chip case the day before the sale on the 600 chip cases. Worked out perfect though.
