Using an Aluminum Case for 20x5 Chip Racks

Someone PM'd me asking for pics of my 400-ct Executive Aluminum case I gutted to hold chip racks, so I thought I'd post them here for all to see. The case will hold 500 chips, 2 standard decks of cards, timer, etc., if you use a 100-ct chip box in addition to four 20x5 chip racks. Or it can hold 400 chips plus KEMs double box if you prefer.



The case doesn't have locks (which never work anyway), so I use a strap to make sure it stays closed during transport:

I was hoping to do this with the leather cases (I actually don't think they're leather) I bought but they weren't deep enough to hold the racks.
