I'm looking for a good 750 count poker chip case. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really don't like the Wood Cases that are everywhere. I would like an aluminum one that is sturdy. Is there such a case? All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Look in the review sections for reviews of Pelican and Guard Force cases. These are not exactly chip cases, but the owners of the cases adapted them to carry chips. A lot of people swear these are the best way to carry chips.
One other option might be the 1000 piece birdcages: I love the looks of my chips in these case. There are also reviews of these. I got mine on sale from Palm Imports -- check his forum to see if he is still selling these at a discount. (Mine were about $40 each with the shipping.) Probably not quite as sturdy as the other cases, but then, you also have an excuse to buy another 250 chips to fill it up!!
I have this one: link It's a nice case. I don't remember the code and don't know if it's still in effect but there used to be a CT discount at Chips and Games.
Anybody know anything about these cases or this vendor?
That is the one I was looking at also. I have found several but there are not to many reviews on any of the 750 count cases. I was also thinking of buying a couple of birdcages, but I will only be purchasing 1500 chips, so one of the birdcages will be twice as big as it needs to be. Any one make custom birdcages? I would buy a birdcage setup if they made one that held 750. Any will wait to hear from others to see if any has or will review any of the 750 count cases.
