Not sure about the double latch version, but discount casino gear and Homegame Supply has the single latch. I own two and the single latch works fine and case is secure when closed. Both retailers under $20.

Palm is the cheapest for those cases (unless you find a used one somewhere) but it is not the double latch version that you are seeking. I've only seen 1 or 2 places with that version and the price has always been $39.99.
