Chips: 39 | | Best carry case..... I have searched to no avail. I have read as many posts as I can find. I have read what reviews are available. If money is no option, what is the best carry case out there for my favorite chips? 300, 400, or 500 chips. No dice holder!! And would really like a space for a set up of Copag cards. Looking for sturdy construction and solid protection for chips. |

This is a 1520 and I use it to hold 1500 chips, 4 setups of cards, 2 dealer buttons and soon to add a spot for my bounty chips. I would defeintiely recommend this but obviously a smaller one for your needs!
Here are some reviews... Pelican 1500 Pelican 1450

Kim probably wants a nice leather case or a good classy 300-500 metal case.

Here are some reviews... Pelican 1500 Pelican 1450 | Any idea on a model number (or size) that would hold 2000 chips? Iwas looking at birdcages but this seems sturdier and far more practical. |

You may have to look at the 1550 or maybe into the 1600 series. If you get into the 1600 series I would recommend trying to find one with wheels. 1500 Chipcos are very heavy. Even though I only carry them a short distance, I am thinking about getting one with wheels already.
Another manufacturer of these cases is Hardigg Cases. Try a google and should find them as well.

Chips: 12,507 | | | Re: Best carry case..... I used to have a 700 chip elite case from gameland (the same series as the 550 you linked to) and it was pretty good. The tray in the bottom of the case is molded plastic with some kind of fake felt application and the inner part of the lid is a nice dense foam material. The handle, hinges, and case themselves are all great and much nicer than the run of the mill cases you see all over the internet. My only concerns were the chip slots had some variance to them (I could put 75 in some without any trouble, 76 in others, but some were a tight fit even for the 75 they are supposed to hold) and I didn't know how well the molded plastic tray insert would last over time. Definately not bad for the money and I never had any trouble from mine in the six months or so I had it. They also offer a lifetime, no questions replacement gaurantee which is pretty sweet.
Here is a linky to a CT review by smoore of the one I am referring to: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/poker-...chip-case.html
