The three darker red ones (with the thin center rail) are made from African cocobolo with Brazilian cherry sides.
Some have black walnut sides that have a nice contrast.
Some still need some final sanding.

Those racks are gorgeous! Great job! I can't wait to see them cleaned up. Are you going to oil or poly them? I forgot, did you use a Forstner bit for the holes?

I am only going to toch up the sanding before sending them off.
If I had more time, I would put a clearcoat on them.
A forstner bit does too much damage to the wood fibers.
I use a 1-5/8" router bit and make six or seven passes to get to the depth I desire, usually 1/2".

When I turned back, she already had six on the floor. Nine by the time I grabbed the camera.

No damage to them, they will be ready for shipping for Legend's game next weekend.
If I had another few days, I could clear-coat them.
I have about 25 ready.
