Hey guys, well I am sick and tired of dealing with my cheapo alluminum carrying cases for my poker chips and I found a nice looking soft case on amazon. I was wondering if anyone has one of these or knows anything about them? The price is pretty good and if they are durable and tough, they look like a great option. Let me know what you guys think!
Don't have one, but I'm also curious about these as well. Seems like they might be nice and light, and fairly durable, but I am wondering how well the chips would stay in place. Anyone?
This looks like a good deal. Thanks for posting this. I have one of those birdcage clear acrylic cases that holds 1000 chips in 100 chip racks but I like what you posted for purposes of traveling/poker night at someone's house other than mine.
Well, I am going to go ahead and order two (for a total of around 35 bucks with shipping/taxes). I will let you guys know what I think... maybe with a review.
On second thought, I'm going to stear clear of this Amazon Marketplace seller - Sports 'r' Us. He's got a 20% negative and only a 77% positive seller rating . Yikes. Maybe we'll find the case elsewhere, but for me that's just not worth the risk. Here's an example comment left at Amazon just today on this seller:
"I received the helmet-not as pictured-and badly scratched and got no reply when I e-mailed them"

I should have been more prudent... I already placed the order for two of these...
I guess we will see! Good thing I used a gift certificate from x-mas...

It looks like fogdog carries 4 sizes 300 @$11.97-400 @$9.97-500 @$14.97-800 @$19.97 I don't know why the 400 is cheaper than the 300, but get why the gettin' is good. It look like the cases will work well. I might give it a go and see.
