Pelican 1510 case for Under $115 shipped!!

Merry Christmas everyone! I've been keeping an eye on this at amazon for months now just waiting for a sale and finally it happened. The vendor is offering free shipping on this baby for a limited time. Its a savings of about 25 bucks or so for shipping alone and the price of the case is the best I've found anywhere. It has the pick & pluck foam too. All for $114.99.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...B386E&v=glance

Here's another hint, sign up for the amazon visa card on their site and you'll get another $30 off instantly. Its a great card, no annual fees or other catches. Every $2500 you charge on it anywhere gets you a $25 gift certificate (basically a 1% rebate). Its about 3% rebate on purchases at amazon.

That case is a BEAST!!! again, WOW

who wants to make a case enthusiast forum with me???

I'd be scared that I'd get robbed hauling something like that around.

Its not that big. Its small enough to be a carry-on bag. There's a couple of guys here who have them. Do a search on pelican or check the reviews for more. These things are indestructible and guaranteed for life.

Just thought I would chime in since I'm one of those guys who have one. I think I was the first person to suggest the pelican cases WAAAAAAYYYY back before chiptalk was started and I talked then about how indestructible they are. If you have the money, transport your chips often and are so inclined you simply can not find a better case. This goes for anything of value... I have a few of these cases in various sizes and I can’t say a single negative thing...

Re: Pelican 1510 case for Under $115 shipped!!

Is Adorama Camera the seller? I went out there and looked, I don't see where the shipping is free. Is the offer already over? I'm looking for a Pelican 1450 or 1500.

Re: Pelican 1510 case for Under $115 shipped!!

I've got the Pelican 1610 and love it. My weekly home game goes on the road about once a month and the case is perfect. Holds my laptop, 1200+ chips, and 3 card set-ups and I never have to worry about the safety of the items. I'd highly recommend any Pelican case as a great Xmas present for yourself! -m

Thumbs up Re: Pelican 1510 case for Under $115 shipped!!

i purchased the pelican 1510 case a while ago and was going to post pics, but just haven't had time. for $115 that's a great price. i got mine around $150ish w/pick & pluck foam.

i used to have the red husky tool box from home depot, but it was a pain to carry around cause it was so heavy plus it looked like it was going to break from the weight.

with the 1510 it's so much more convenient to roll the case. i love it and couldn't be more happy with it. my case holds a poker genie, 3 sets of kem cards, 10 egyptian plaques, and 1450 pharaohs in the 4x25 chipco boxes.

Re: Pelican 1510 case for Under $115 shipped!!

hehe thats the same case I use for my Underwater Camera. It would be a little big for chips unless you have like a 1000 set to haul around

Re: Pelican 1510 case for Under $115 shipped!!

That's strange, the page for the link I had provided changed from leisure pro to adorama. I still had the right link in my cart so I corrected the original post.

Here's the link again that is the correct one...
