So now, let's deconstruct. I said the spacers at 17 cents seemed too pricy. Well some of you guys are insane!

Use a half-dollar?! They cost 50 cents, 2.5 times the cost of plastic spacers!

Intrinsic value = $0.00

Quarter/half dollar/dollar coin - $0.25/0.50/1.00 respectively.
Intrinsic value = at least face value for probably the rest of your life.
