Here is a picture of my set-up. I need to try and find racks with lids for my over sized chips.

With chips that are this beautiful why would any of us even want to put them in a case except for taking them on a road trip to the next game.
Did I miss anything about how you cut the foam to fit the chips?

It had foam for as shown above but not what I would call eggcrate foam. Just sheet as big as the interior where you could punch out specific sections.

that is the pick and pluck, it is for the bottom. Supposedly people say it is supposed to come with eggcrate for the top.

I stop by there and check them out.
