During the 4 days we were at SCS2 the lowest in the afternoon was 103F.

FYI: I bring 20 chips with me every day to shuffle during commute.
I leave them in the open compartment under the stearing wheel all day and my windows open a crack.
It gets hot but never has never been a problem.
I recently dropped one chip and it was on the driver seat for several hours in the afternoon and it potato chipped. Going to have to flatten it.
It had been in the sun and was a dark chip. The car temp was no more than a typical vegas day.
