Re: Who likes oil?

I am definately one for oiling. I do not only love the bright colors of oiled chips, but also enjoy the act of oiling them. Oiling nice chips while listening to good music is very pleasurable.

Re: Who likes oil?

I'm semi torn. I have yet to oil any chips but can see that some need it (T-mold hot stamps). After using them in one game the chips in play definitely looked better but not 100% like they would if I oiled them. Still not sure if I am gonna do it or just make an effort to get them in play more

Re: Who likes oil?

wow i would have thought more people would have said no oil, i guess if you used a drop on a towel and rubbed it on every chip you wouldnt have to dry them off. i have just personally never wanted to rub every chip down and then dry them off.

Re: Who likes oil?

that's why you do them by the stack. 20 at a time it goes fast.

OMG, you are going to be oiling your chips for at least the next 100 years, and you still may not finish.

Re: Who likes oil?

I bought many pny's that were brand new and still in the box and those did not need any oil. After a few games they were looking and feeling great. On the other hand, I bought a big lot of brand new asm hh's off ebay a while back and those were very dry and very chalky. I oiled them and have no regrets, really brought out the colors and let em shine. I did end up getting custom labels for them which reminds me that I need to snap some pics so that I can share some prOn with all of you fine people.
