ASM's and pipeshield - anyone tried them together?

anyone ever tried using pipeshield on ASM's?

getting ready to do some testing but thought id see if anyone had tried yet before.

Yeah, the pipeshield discovery was made using ASMs.

That being said, I used pipeshield to clean 20 Emerald Princess ASM $5s with weird results-- sort of uneven colors from chip to chip, ranging from more bleached-out pink to deeper reddish pink. Even differences in shade between sides of the same chip. Also, the chip surfaces came out feeling kind of dry, like paper. But that might have just been the result of losing years of crud and grease. In any case, mineral oil didn't completely remove either the color differences or the surface texture. Don't know if any of this was due to the pipeshield (didn't use any other soap/cleaner except dish soap with 5 of them) or to some other issue with the chips.
