Chips: 97 | | | Oiling my inlayed ASM's...newbee to inlays So, I'm sure this has been asked/answered before, but I could not find a good thread using search.
I just got some inlayed ASM's and want to oil them. I have oiled plenty of hot stamped and solid chips before, but never any with an inlay. I've heard that you have to do it a little differently because oil can get under the inlay and bubble up...is this the case???
Just wondering how others oil their inlay chips...
Thanks! |

Looking forward to an answer from someone more knowledgeable than I .

This is the best applicator to oil chips with: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/poker-...or-photos.html
I didn't stamp mine though. I think it's easier just to hold the applicator in one hand and the chip in the other. |

Use a cloth or your fingers to oil the chips, you can easily avoid the inlay that way.

Chips: 97 | | | Re: Oiling my inlayed ASM's...newbee to inlays I use my fingers normally, so I will probably just do that again. I might grab one of those applicators though, and try cutting out the center where the inlay would be.
Thanks! |

I think you only need to oil the rolling edges. You won't have any effect on the "face"

Can anyone confirm? | I've got chips pre-oiled from ASM and they only oil the edges. That's all they need IMO.
