I cleaned a filthy rack of nevada club/nevada lodge $1 quarterpies with Jim's (chiproom) Diamond Chip cleaner, a soft bristled toothbrush and a soft cloth to dry. Worked great. I ran out before I was done and used mild dish detergent in lukewarm water and the effect was the same.
