Another excellent over-use of the term "nanotechnology". Nothing new here; people have been studying (and using) microemulsions (and even "nano-emulsions") for hundreds of years. But put a new name on an old technology, and it becomes news-worthy.

So true. I do have an army of real nanobots that clean my chips and my arteries. Yummy.
