Chips: 626 | | | Re: oxi clean do NOT clean any hotstamped Paulsons with Oxi Clean. Just tested on 5 or so of them and it is quickly eating away the hotstamp. Sure does clean the chip but rips up your hotstamp. Not sure if it was the Oxi or the toothbrush I was scrubbing with or a combination of the two. Anyway, stay clear of oxi with your hotstamps. |

Chips: 1,186 | | | Re: oxi clean I don't use Oxi Clean (preferring Pipeshield), but do know that brushing hotstamps is to be avoided. In my experience, you should protect the hotstamp with thumb and brush around. Quote:

Sorry for the threadjack, but does Diamond Chip Cleaner help cut down on the color transfer common to the softer Paulson chips? |
