NEED HELP... with cleaning a chip

Does anyone have any suggestions or know how to remove "YELLOW HIGHLIGHTER" from a chip?

I have only 1 of these, and I don't want to destroy it, but I have to get this ugly stuff off of the chip, it is unsightly!!!

Any help or advice would be beneficial.

It's a 4-spot $100 Paulson Vineyard Chip.
The yellow highlighter is around the outside edge on the white part...
I want to clean it off,
please help.

I would try rubbing alcohol - ethyl rubbing alcohol is better than isopropyl alcohol.
It should be safe for the chip, but you might need to oil it afterward.

I wish I knew. But I'm thinking that is on the chip for good. Be careful and let us know if you manage to get it off!
