Pipe shield is the easiest and best method. Alternatively, just get some mediocre warm water and soap and a toothbrush... to get in the concentric circle just use a toothpick.
You cant hurt those chips... well, you can, but you'd have to be pretty harsh to em to do permanent damage.

I put dirty clothes in and they fall... Then, a couple of days later, they end up clean and folded in my armoire.
See? Its magic!
I don't know if it works on chips.
If you decide to try pipe shield instead, its my understanding you just soak them (an hour or overnight) and then wipe away the grime. But six stripe sopranos are plastic slugged chips... warm water and mild soap should work too.

See? Its magic! | You have one of those too? Those things are great. Problem is, if you tried this with chips, they just might find their way to the trash chute instead. Be careful with that. Does your set-up work with dirty dishes, as well? |
