700 Beauties in white...

I am really happy with the way these feel, the chips are a little chalky, but thats just because they are new. (way better than my NEXGENS).

These will soon be dyed some other color.

I'm going to dye 1000 Faux Clays in the next week or so, did anything ever come of this rubber cement idea?

I found out , that if you remove just a little bit of the dyed Chip on its edge, the white comes through again. So if you mark it with a pencil and use something like a dremel, it might work and look nice.

With all the discussion about wet sandpaper and rubber cement, I wondered if anyone had tried using a bleach pen to make white edgespots?

If you can bleach a dyed chip and re-dye it (to fix a mistake), why wouldn't using a bleach pen take the dye off too (but in a controlled area)? You could make a form (like a stencil) that you would put on the edge, and just draw the edgespot on the chip with the bleach pen.

I've used a bleach pen to take stains off white shirts with success in the past...you might even be able to paint colors on the white edgespots with a fine paintbrush and some easter egg dye, I read that it is pretty weak compared to the RIT, so that might work too...

Just some thoughts, I have ordered 1000 faux clays and I'm still not sure what I'm going to do with them when they arrive.
