I got mine at Food Lion. It was funny, because they asked me what it was used for, and I told them "oiling poker chips, what else?" That got a very funny look and the truth was, I didn't know wtf it was used for....LOL!

Of course, you can get it at drug stores in the laxative sections (which are almost always on a bottom shelf for some reason) as others have suggested. I actually saw some mineral oil in IKEA a couple of weeks ago. Poker chips aren't the only thing you can oil - butcher's block, cutting boards, and wooden spoons are all good candidates.
