I have recently put together a set of PNYs. The chips that came from sellers like Arcone came in racks that the chips fit snugly into. I got a birdcage chipcase that came with 10 chip racks. The PNYs don't seem to fill the 20 chip slots properly. There is almost enough room to fit another chip and they are very loose. Do I need to order chip racks specifically for Paulson top hat and cane thickness?

Use Paulson racks or Chipco racks, they will fit 20 Paulson chips better than the other acrylic ones.

holdempokerchips.com carries the Chipco racks.
