For what it is worth, all Paulson chips have color transfer issues - even the casino chips. (though it seems like once the chips get really worn in it happens less.) Some colors are worse than others, but it is just par for the course with Paulson chips. The biggest thing is to make sure to only shuffle stacks of the same denomination. It is much worse if you shuffle chips of different colors. For instance don't shuffle a stack of black chips with white chips! If the transfer is annoying you too much, the only absolute solution is to get BCC or ASM. Otherwise you may have to learn to love the look of Paulsons with a bit of transfer.

I didn't know before to own them, because my samples did not color transfered a lot, but if it's part of the deal, it's ok then.
