I was just there this past weekend and could not get the dealer or anyone else to sell me one. Binions had a $4 chip as well and I asked the dealer I was talking to the whole session if I could get one and he said he's not allowed to sell them. He was kidding around saying he should make a store on Ebay and sell them to people.

Plan "B":
Go to dealer school, it's only a 4 week program. Receive your credentials then get really really good at dealing. So good you end up dealing at the WSOP Main event. MGM will then come knocking on your door all "Oh, please Oh please will you be one of our dealers?". Then when you have them begging for you to be there dealer you say, "Yeah sure. But I don't want no stinking pay check. I want a Mint $3 chip every day delivered directly to me in an airtight."
