Those chips are nasty.
I don’t know home much they are worth right now but you could try the following.
Put some thick bleach on the chip and let it dry over night.
The next day clean them with high pressure water.
You can add one step in the process, after drying the bleach try some sort of thinner to clean the chips with a brush or cloth. There are 1000 sorts of thinner and you have to find one that thus not harm the chip. Maybe you can make your own cleaning solution, mix 10% (or more) isopropyl alcohol with water and a drop of washing-up liquid.
After this step also rinse with high pressure water.
I never used this process on a chip but it can remove graffiti very good.
And try it on a small part of the chip first
