Re: New cleaning option.

Let me find out what shipping is on this and if I have a proper box.
My cost for the gallon is 50.12 with the tax.
46.95 + 3.17= 50.12

Re: New cleaning option.

My roto rooter experience.. lol (not making fun of your biz just so you know I just found it interesting)

So I called the 800 # this morn and they said we dont sell that product. So I called a local # and got the exact same person (apparently I was transferred locally when I called) and again she said we dont sell that product.. so I found another number that was local and got a diff person but they said.. we dont know what that product even is... so I tried the 800# again and got someone at some national call center and he said.. ummm I havent a clue what that product is... all we have is drain maintainer... so I said hmmm how can you have a product that shows up on your website yet you dont know what it is.. so he went to the web page found it and said.. well this could be it but our sku just lists a number and calls it drain maintainer... so I say send me a bottle through a tech... hoping when he gets here its the same thing.. the tech gets here and its a white bottle that says bio-rooter drain maintainer.. I bought it just due to all the trouble the tech had but I still dont know if its the same prodcut.. it reads like it is.. aka uses an enzyme to do its work.. cycles is it the same thing?

ps my version is distributed by western drain supply.. its blue in color and smells like cherries sort of.. lol
