I have been using my new yorkers for a while now.the outside where the edgespots are have lots of ruboff on them from them being shuffled. For example the $5 red chips have lots of black on the outside.Should I clean them or just leave them alone. If I should clean them how would you go about doing it.The only part of the chip that needs to be cleaned is the outside where the edgespots are.The face of the chips are mostly inlay so there is no reason to clean that part.I dont know how to go about cleaning the outside if i should clean them at all.please give me some feedback on what i should do.

SUGGESTIONS?
First of all on ChipTalk we call that "ruboff"; "color transfer". "Color transfer" sounds cooler and people will think you're a pro. Seriously, the best way to clean your chips when you have alot of dirty chips is Diamond Chip Cleaner. Its available through TheChipRoom.com, one of our sponsor in the M2M section. For smaller jobs I prefer Armor All Multi- Purpose Cleaner. It gets the chips looking new again. I usually apply a little oil afterward but I'd stay away from oiling your PNY's because as you mentioned the inlays are huge. Every bodies got their own little trick for chip cleaning but those two products have worked well for me.
