Easiest way to remove gold foil?

I used a rubber, works alright.

I guess I mean an eraser. I now see what kind of assosiations some of you might have gotten.
(My Swedish are a lot better than my english I assure you)

I live in a world where plain jane potato salad costs $9.99 a pound. I didn't exactly check the cost of polish remover, but I would not have been surprised if it was 6.99 + tax. And of course, I will only use the spring fresh smell. I am not a barbarian.

I tried the remover also and you really see the foil melting off the label.
And it was my girlfriends remover so my chips got a cherry smell so far, istn't that sweet?
But it seems the labels is a bit darker than the one on the other side
