I'd expect that putting the oil in a Pepsi bottle would work just as well.
No you really need the extra sweetness of the coke to bring out that yummy flavour of the chip as your licking it.. oh I mean admiring it.

Re: Secret factory oiling technique revealed

Good luck finding a glass coke bottle these days! I do happen to have a bunch in my basement though and they are the official 12oz casino size bottles, not thos cheapo 10 or 8 ounce ones you get at walmart. Expect to see them in M2M shortly.

Re: Secret factory oiling technique revealed

What on earth are you guys talking about???

10w-30?!?!? ThaT's Nuts!!!

That is WAY to lightweight. I go with a nice 90w-140 grease for my ASMs. The only problem is that it dirty's up the table a little, and they take a little extra effort to shuffle, and you have to wash your hands before using the bathroom, but it just feels right when a stack of 20 has enough suction to be picked up by the top chip, like an old filthy stack of paulsons at the casino.

Re: Secret factory oiling technique revealed

Pretty much nothing, but some say it will help prevent color transfer on softer chips like the pharaohs/trademarks/bonds.

I sure hope erikk is just kidding.

Motor oil is carcinogenic, as shadesofgrey pointed out.
