Chips: 7,415 | | | Oxi Clean I used Oxi clean and luke warm water to clean a bunch of Paulsons and a few TR Kings. Just a little scrubbing with a tooth brush does a great job. |

By the way, I have an electric toothbrush so I don't scrub too much. |

Chips: 7,415 | | | Re: Oxi Clean I wouldn't really soak them much. I'd put about 10 in the water to soak briefly and then take one out at a time and scrub. It works really quickly too. An electric toothbrush should help a lot! |

I just cleaned 40 chips in about 10 min or so doing this. Only problem was I stuck the first 10 in the oxyclean and started in on the first one with the electric toothbruch and by the time I got to the last ones the hotstamp was starting to come off. I noticed it right away and after the first 10 I only got 2 wet at a time. It worked great from there on out. Now I only have another 700 to go.
I do think hot stamped chips are probably a bit more fragile this way. On the ccgtcc site it says when cleaning chips that are hotstamped to cover the hotstamp with your thumb and index finger to protect it. I certainly did not do this, but just the fact that they mention it tells me they are somewhat fragile.
They look soooooo much nicer! It was worth sacrificing 3 or 4. Now I know.

Chips: 7,415 | | | Re: Oxi Clean That's good to know. Yeah, I would be very carefull with hot stamped chips. When I cleaned my Binions $1 and some TR Kings, I would put about 10 in the warm water at a time. I'll have to get one of those electric toothbrushes next time I do it. Probably 3-4 times faster with one of those. |
